Physical education for students is not exempt from the introduction of innovations. Alongside the improvement of pedagogical influences, the use of various mobile technologies is being observed. One of the key issues remains the quality of student learning, which can be enhanced by deepening knowledge about effective motor activity. In this context, utilizing mobile technologies for motion analysis appears to be a rational approach.
Research Aim. To explore the potential use of motion analysis tools in teaching students physical exercises.
Methodology. The study is based on theoretical methods of pedagogical research. An analysis was conducted on the features of teaching students to perform cyclic and acyclic physical exercises in a rational, economical, and efficient manner. Through modeling the structure of motion analysis implementation in the physical education process, the algorithm for utilizing mobile technologies in student training was examined.
Scientific Novelty. The research highlights that implementing mobile technologies for assessing students’ motor activity quality in physical education is a potentially effective way to modernize the learning process. It was determined that motion analysis can serve as an integral component of physical education, reflected in both theoretical instruction and the practical learning of new exercises, as well as the refinement and correction of previously studied movements. The advantages of using motion analysis in student physical education include a deeper understanding of physical culture and sports exercises and increased engagement in educational activities.
Conclusions. Integrating motion analysis into physical education courses enhances the connection between theory and practice in the learning process. Mobile technologies serve as an accessible foundation for organizing motion analysis in student physical education. Future research will focus on selecting and adapting mobile applications for recording, reproducing, and conducting high-quality motion analysis of students' physical exercises during training.
