SOCIAL HEALTH OF HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS IN THE CONTEXT OF FORMATION OF LEGAL CULTURE AND VALUES OF LAW

Abstract

Problem. The current stage of determining the social health of higher education students of domestic universities in the context of the value of law and the formation of legal culture of undergraduate and graduate students of various specialties requires the popularization of legal education, legal education and increasing the level of preventive education of student youth. Determining the social health of higher education students in the context of the value of law and the formation of legal culture in the professional training of future lawyers should be based on student-centeredness, academic freedom and mobility.

The purpose of the proposed investigation is to determine the social health of higher education students of domestic universities in the context of the value of law and the formation of legal culture.

Research methodology: is based on the general principles of philosophy, basic modern provisions of pedagogical science, psychology and reflects the essence of determining the social health of higher education students in the context of the value of law and the formation of legal culture as a necessary component of modern higher education at the undergraduate and graduate levels of various specialties.

Object of research: educational process in higher education institutions of Ukraine.

Scientific novelty. It is proved that the definition of social health of higher education students in the context of the value of law and the formation of legal culture is a necessary component of modern higher education.

Conclusions. 1. Social health of higher education students in the context of the value of law and the formation of legal culture is a necessary component of modern higher education. 2. Social health of students of various specialties is associated with the ability to ensure legal regulation of social relations. 3. There is a need to conduct active preventive work on compliance with legal norms and reducing the tendency of higher education students to commit offenses and display destructive, aggressive behavior. 4. Guest lectures and trainings are an effective form of popularizing social health, the value of law and the formation of legal culture of higher education students. 5. There is a need to reorient the components of the Ukrainian legal field to European universal and legal values. 6. The presence of legal culture guarantees the rule of law at the state level. 7. The category of the value of law and the formed legal culture of higher education students of various specialties is associated with legal literacy. 8. The definition of social health in the context of the value of law and the formation of the legal culture of higher education students of domestic universities stimulate the integration of Ukraine into the European and world legal space.
