Purpose. To determine the key parameters of technical techniques in judo that ensure effective formation of technical and tactical skills, development of coordination, strength, balance, and adaptation to training loads of beginners.
Material and methods. The study employed analysis and generalization of literary sources addressing the issues of the initial training stage in judo. The works of contemporary Ukrainian and foreign authors devoted to the development of motor abilities, coordination, biomechanical analysis of throwing techniques, and the process of cumulative adaptation were reviewed.
Results. The obtained results show that despite the existence of a significant number of scientific studies devoted to the development of speed-strength and coordination qualities in judokas, the peculiarities of the body's adaptation to training loads at the initial stage of training remain insufficiently specified. This primarily concerns the mechanisms of neuromuscular adaptation, the peculiarities of the functional response to speed and strength exercises, as well as changes in coordination and body stability indicators in the context of individual responses of schoolchildren to training influences.
Conclusions. Effective initial training of judokas should be based on the combination of technical skill formation with the development of motor abilities and balance. Optimization of this stage involves the implementation of individualized methodological approaches aimed at movement synchronization, development of explosive strength, and improvement of technical motor actions.
