FEATURES OF FORMING THE LEGAL CULTURE OF FUTURE LAWYERS IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Abstract

The article analyzes the essence and factors of the formation of the legal culture of future lawyers as a complex personal formation, identifies the main components of professional training that influence the formation of legal awareness and ethical guidelines of higher education students – future lawyers, The main features of the formation of the legal culture of future lawyers in modern conditions are characterized.

The purpose of the article is to reveal the content of the legal culture of future legal professionals and to substantiate the pedagogical conditions for its effective formation in higher education institutions.

Methodology. Methods of systems analysis, comparison, and classification were applied to determine the components of legal culture.

Scientific novelty. In the process of research, the main features of the legal profession were characterized, the nature, systemic structure and determining factors of the development of the legal culture of future specialists in the field of law as a multifaceted personal phenomenon were investigated. The key elements of the educational process that directly determine the development of legal awareness, value system, and moral priorities of law students are outlined. The interintegration of the main components of the structure of the legal culture of legal graduates in the conditions of the digitalization of justice is substantiated. It is positioned that the concept of «culture» has multiple interpretations; A correlation of factors was carried out to predict the professional activity of a future lawyer on the basis of the formation of professional competence, professional identity, and professional skills.
