Abstract

In the modern world, digital transformation is becoming an integral part of the development of any sphere, and the education industry is no exception. Digital technologies are actively changing management processes, the organization of educational activities and interaction with all participants in the educational process. This creates new challenges for education managers: they must not only possess traditional management skills, but also develop digital competence, the ability to effectively use technologies in professional activities and adapt the team to the conditions of the digital environment.

Purpose of the article. The purpose of the article is to analyze the process of forming professional competences of future education managers in the conditions of digital transformation, identify key internal and external factors influencing their development, as well as develop strategies and methods for increasing the digital competence of heads of educational institutions.

Research methodology. The study is based on a comprehensive approach that combines theoretical analysis of scientific sources, comparative analysis of national and international experience, systematization of factors of development of professional competencies, as well as analysis of modern educational technologies. Methods of analytics, system generalization, project activity and assessment of effectiveness of management decisions were used.

Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the study lies in a comprehensive analysis of the process of formation of professional competencies of education managers taking into account digital transformation, identification of internal and external factors influencing the development of competencies, and integration of modern digital tools and teaching methods into the professional development strategy.

Research conclusions. The formation of professional competencies of future education managers in the context of digital transformation is a multi-level and systemic process. A comprehensive approach that combines organizational and individual development strategies, the use of digital tools and project activities, as well as attention to the psychological well-being of the manager, ensures effective management of educational institutions and continuous improvement of managers skills.
