INTEGRATION OF DIGITAL TOOLS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF SENIOR SCHOOL STUDENTS

Purpose of the article. The article investigates contemporary issues of physical health among high school students and develops strategies for integrating digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) into physical education to promote a healthy lifestyle. The study analyzes the current state of physical development and activity of high school students, considering factors such as sedentary behavior, increased psychological stress, and the impact of digital devices on physical health.
Methodology. A comprehensive analysis of scientific publications and practical examples of digital technologies in physical education was conducted to identify current trends and challenges in organizing PE classes. Methods included content analysis, comparative analysis, and synthesis of research data, as well as piloting programs using mobile applications, interactive platforms, and wearable devices to monitor physical activity.
Scientific novelty. For the first time, comprehensive strategies for personalizing physical load using digital tools and AI are proposed, including approaches to student motivation, integration of interdisciplinary connections, and development of self-monitoring and self-assessment skills in physical activity. Integration of digital technologies and AI allows optimization of intensity and duration of exercises, ensures lesson safety, and supports a personalized approach to learning.
Conclusions. Achieving maximum effectiveness requires systematic teacher training, development of digital infrastructure, methodological support, and adherence to ethical standards for processing personal data. The proposed approaches enhance student motivation, foster a healthy lifestyle, and improve the efficiency of physical education in high school students.
