EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING PHYSICAL EDUCATION SPECIALISTS: COMPARISON AND PROSPECTS FOR UKRAINE

Тhe relevance of studying integrative processes is due to the need for holistic training of a specialist who is able to effectively combine natural science knowledge with practical skills, methodological soundness and axiological self-awareness. The study revealed that integration appears not only as a methodological technology, but also as a pedagogical strategy that ensures the flexibility of educational programs, innovative content and compliance of physical education specialists with the requirements of the labor market.
Тhe author presents the results of the study of the European experience of training physical education specialists and considers the prospects for improving physical education in Ukraine. The study outlines ways to develop the professional competence of physical education specialists in higher education institutions of Ukraine, which consist in updating educational programs, including modern disciplines, such as sports management, sports psychology, fitness technologies, sports journalism, etc.; strengthening practical training, which includes increasing the number of hours allocated to practical classes and educational practice; external mobility of higher education students, participation in projects, conferences, sports events; use of modern technologies, computer programs for movement analysis, creation of individual training programs: to provide access to high-quality distance learning for each higher education student. In this study, the author considered the training of future specialists using the example of European countries and made a comparative analysis, and also outlined the prospects for the modernization of physical education in Ukraine.
Тhe purpose of the article: to analyze the training of physical education specialists in European educational institutions and provide promising recommendations for improving physical education in Ukraine.
Methodology. Study of scientific publications, systematization of the results of the analysis of scientific and educational and methodological literature, disclosure of the main definitions of the problem under study, generalizations and conclusions.
The scientific novelty lies in a thorough study of the European experience of training physical education specialists and substantiation of the prospects for improving physical education in Ukraine, which consists in updating educational programs, strengthening practical training, introducing external mobility, using modern technologies, using computer programs for movement analysis, creating individual training programs, using distance and blended learning.
Сonclusions. Having analyzed the current official sources and modern works of scientists on this topic, we can state that it is necessary to apply an interdisciplinary approach to training. The training of coaches includes not only knowledge of professional sports disciplines, but also thorough knowledge of medical-biological and socio-pedagogical disciplines. When training physical education specialists, a significant number of hours are allocated to selective disciplines so that each coach has the opportunity to develop his own learning trajectory, based on his interests and professional goals, which contribute to the individualization of training.
