E-LEARNING AS A TOOL FOR FORMING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS

The goal of the work. The purpose of this study is to analyze the methods and means of e-learning in the process of professional training of future teachers of vocational and technical education institutions.
Methodology. The methodological basis of the research is competency-based, systemic, activity-based and personality-oriented approaches to the professional training of future teachers. Theoretical methods were used in the research process: analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization of scientific sources. Their application made it possible to substantiate the possibilities of e-learning as a tool for forming the professional competence of future teachers.
Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the study lies in clarifying the essence of e-learning; substantiating the pedagogical conditions for the effective use of e-learning as a tool for forming the professional competence of future teachers; further developing approaches to integrating digital technologies into the process of professional training of future teachers, taking into account modern educational challenges.
Conclusions. The study found that e-learning is an important tool for the formation of professional competence of future teachers, as it provides accessibility of educational resources, individualization of learning, development of digital and pedagogical competencies. The effectiveness of its use depends on proper methodological support, the level of digital readiness of teachers and students, as well as the integration of electronic technologies into the traditional educational process. Prospects for further research are related to the development of innovative models of e-learning and the assessment of their impact on the quality of professional training of future teachers.
