Abstract

The article deals with the regularities of motions skills formation and the development of stable expressiveness of motions sensations which are closely connected with the process of mastering the technique of applied motion qualities, skills and abilities that promote objective preparedness to use the self-defense means in professional occupation. But mastering the technique leads to the formation of experience, and the skills are associated with the transition of many motions to an unconscious level. There is still a clear contradiction that needs to be solved.
The purpose is to study the existing patterns of regarding the formation of motions skills of the future officers to use the personal protection equipment and the development of new ones which should embody an abstracted structure and a really designed process which will enable us to conduct observation of their development, based on this formalized scheme as well as draw reliable conclusions.
The methodology is based on general principles of physiology, basics of pedagogical science and psychology. The methodological basis of the paper is to provide an outline of the general theory of activity as the basis for studying the problem of the socially necessary direction of activity of the future officers and their readiness to use personal protective equipment.
The scientific novelty consists in determining the essence of motions skills and their influence on effective use of personal protective equipment by the future officers. For the first time, the stages of this process have been identified and characterized and mechanisms for the development of applied competence and skills have been researched in order to develop the readiness of future officers for the use of personal protective equipment.
Conclusions. Activity automation is not a required skill. The main thing in the skill is the quality of the action corresponding to the given pattern. You can automate the wrong action, thus, the automation should not be the goal of the exercise, it is only a consequence of the psychological restructuring of process control methods. The future officer should try to remove the action from dynamic control due to the formation of a dynamic stereotype, the appearance of confidence that without this control, the action will be carried out correctly. At the same time, the quality of motion action grows both due to a finer differentiation of sensations, and due to the removal of surplus, and sometimes unnecessary mental and physical stress, or stiffness. As a result, the motions become more natural, economical and integral.
