Abstract

The article analyzes the development of theoretical foundations and improvement of methodological provisions for the formation and use of the personal brand of the educator of preschool education, which are considered as a factor in increasing the competitiveness of teachers in modern conditions. The issue of creating a competitive educational environment by evolving the position of teachers from the status of civil servants who passively wait for the state to pay attention to their professional achievements to the position of an active subject in the market of educational services, able to manage their professional capital and find the most profitable areas. application. The analysis of the concept of «personal brand», branding technologies, systematized remote platforms for educators, analyzed Internet resources for branding, developed recommendations for creating a personal brand of a preschool educator.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the branding of the educator of preschool education as an innovative technology, to consider the possibility of using personal brands of educators as a factor in increasing their competitiveness and professional growth.
Research methods: search and bibliographic, analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, classification of the obtained facts and data, generalization and systematization of the revealed materials and data.
Scientific novelty. Disclosure of the essence of branding of an educator of a preschool institution as an innovative technology.
Conclusions. Branding of a preschool educator can be considered an innovative technology that will increase the competitiveness of a preschool educator and the social status of pedagogical work, the image component of his professional development and, to some extent, the professional growth of an active agent of change in modern education. We consider the analysis of the issue of teacher branding in the context of monetization of educational services and organization of a private preschool institution to be promising.
