THE COMPONENT STRUCTURE OF THE CREATIVE POTENTIAL OF THE STUDENTS OF THE FACULTIES OF ARTS IN THE PROCESS OF MUSIC AND CHOREOGRAPHIC TRAINING IN THE CONTEXT OF TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN ART

The purpose of this article is to substantiate the component structure of the creative potential of students of art faculties in the process of musical and choreographic training in the context of trends in the development of modern art.
Methodology. In order to achieve the goal, general scientific methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis and generalization were applied to understand the peculiarities and trends of the development of culture and art of the late 20th and early 21st centuries and their influence on the formation of the creative potential of students of art faculties in the process of music and choreographic training.
Scientific novelty. The article substantiates the component structure of the creative potential of students of art faculties. The significance of its formation in the context of trends in the development of modern art is updated.
Conclusions. Therefore, the musical and choreographic training of students of the faculties of arts should be carried out taking into account the trends in the development of modern art, its basic concepts, forms, genres, and means. Important components of this process are also the study and creative reinterpretation by students of the traditions of artistic heritage and the acquisition of experience in practical artistic and pedagogical activities. One of the main tasks of musical and choreographic training of students of art faculties is the formation of their creative potential, which in our study includes motivational-value, cognitive, creative-active structural components.
The article examines the peculiarities of culture and art of the late 20th – early 21st centuries, which developed in the era of globalization, scientific and technical achievements, transformation of consciousness, struggle and interaction of traditions and innovations.
The importance of developing the intellectual sphere of students is emphasized. The issue of the artistic worldview of students of the faculties of arts, the formation of creative thinking and the ability to interpret artistic phenomena in an original way has been updated.
