PHYSICAL TRAINING AS ONE OF THE COMPONENTS OF THE COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT SPECIALISTS

The purpose of the article is to outline one of the components of a comprehensive training program of future military specialists of psychological support within the training of future naval officers of the relevant specialization – physical training, which directly correlates with the moral and psychological condition of a serviceman.
The methodological basis. These are principles of complexity, systematization, integration, and a set of methods of general theoretical research aimed at identifying the main components of a comprehensive training program of future naval specialists of psychological support.
The scientific novelty of the study is the representation of individual components of a comprehensive program of training future military specialists in psychological support within the educational and professional training of future Naval officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It is noted that the need to ensure effective psychological training of servicemen is indicated by the fact of increasing situations of instability and uncertainty, which may lead to their deviant behavior. The State Program of the Development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine provides mandatory psychological support in the Armed Forces and centers (institutions) for training and retraining of servicemen.
Conclusions. The comprehensive training program of tactical officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is developed to provide sufficient theoretical and practical basis and form professional competencies (according to the established standards and educational programs) of specialists that provide psychological support in units (on ships) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that will decrease situations of instability and deviant behavior. The main components of the training program in specialization «Moral and psychological support in units, on ships (Navy)» we see theoretical training, practical psychological training, physical training, which are combined to provide a sufficient level of tactical officers’ training.
