THEORETICAL BASICS OF PREPARING FUTURE BANDURA TEACHERS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUPILS’ CREATIVE POTENTIAL

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to highlight important aspects of preparing future Bandura educators for the development of students’ creative potential in the current conditions of reforming Ukraine’s education and to determine the essence of the process.

Methodology. Modern methodological approaches in the professional training of teachermusician (anthropological, cultural, ethno-pedagogical, axiological, systemic, competence, activity (activity-personal, synergetic, informational) are crucial for the scientific substantiation of effective training in the future process of development and development Bandur music: Some importance in considering the specific professional training of a future music teacher has its links with leading methodologists chnymy ideas. Features address the problem of training future teachers Bandura to develop the creative potential of students in the bandura music in its content reveals the key methodological ideas - axiological, humanistic, cultural and activity.

The scientific novelty of the study is that for the first time the essence of the concept of «readiness of the future musician teacher to develop students ‘creative potential in the bandura music process» is defined as a complex personal formation containing comprehensive knowledge of the students’ creative potential in the process of bandura music playing. the necessary professional and pedagogical skills and skills of realization of personally oriented creative approach to formation of potential opportunities of music-pedagogues tech experience as the basis of professional management process of creative potential of students in the bandura music aimed at the development of the domestic preconditions students to work, forming of creative personality traits; the concept of «creative potential of the personality» as an integrative integrity of the natural and social forces of a person has been clarified, which provides its subjective need for creative self-realization and development of the personality.

Conclusions. The essence of the concept of «preparation of the future teacher-musician for the development of creative potential of students in the process of bandura music» is defined as a holistic, multi-structural system that meets the purpose, principles and tasks of professionalpedagogical preparation of future teacher-musicians and determines its readiness. In order for the teacher to ensure successful development of the creative potential of students in the process of bandura music, he needs to master the methodology and innovative technologies of bandura music, basic types of bandura technique, vocal and instrumental skills for displaying artistic image, to be free to navigate the process of music, its creative potential in practical musicpedagogical activity.
