Abstract

The article aim is to define, substantiate and test in practice the pedagogical conditions for the formation of strategic competence of future specialists of the operational and rescue service of civil protection in the process of professional training. The methodology of the research is based on the basic ideas of axiological, strategic and student-centered, competent and contextual, acmeological and holistic methodological approaches. The article defines the essential features of the concept of «pedagogical conditions», presents the author's understanding of the definition of «pedagogical conditions for the formation of strategic competence of future specialists of the operational and rescue service of civil defense» as a set of factors that create a certain environment that accelerates processes of research development, and getting end results while training. The scientific novelty is that the pedagogical conditions for the formation of strategic competence of future specialists of the operational and rescue service of civil protection are scientifically proved and the results are checked experimentally in the course of professional training (development in the process of professional training of future specialists in the operational and rescue service to be set on socially important values, to set strategic goals; to expand the cadets' knowledge of strategic competence in the group and directing the professional training of cadets for the formation of individual strategies of educational and professional activity in the process of quasi-professional activity). The results of the study prove the effectiveness of the implementation of certain pedagogical conditions in the practice of professional training of future specialists of the operational and rescue service of civil protection of experimental groups.
