HEALTH CULTURE OF HIGHER SCHOOL LECTURER AS AN IMPORTANT CONDITION FOR QUALITY TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS

The article examines the definitions of «health», «professional health», «individual health», «physical health». The issue of preserving the health of teachers is one of the urgent tasks of the educational space today. The health of a teacher has an impact on the health of his students and in general on the whole educational upbringing process.
The goal of the work. Update the problem of health care among higher school lecturers and outline recommendations on how to solve it.
Methodology. Analysis of the literature on the research topic, systematization, comparison of scientific approaches, concepts, regulations, organization of experimental research, definitions and generalization of the main characteristics of concepts to identify the essence of health and identify recommendations for ways to improve the health of faculty.
The scientific novelty lies in the organization of a study of the functional state of the organism among the teaching staff of pedagogical higher school and updatung recommendations for their health preserving
Conclusions. Teacher`s health is a multifaceted problem and it is so important that we cannot ignore it. The professional health of the teacher directly affects the results of his work, so it is necessary to timely diagnose the decline in functionality of organs and systems, to identify stress mechanisms of adaptation, prevent the development of pathological conditions in functional systems, apply various psychological and physical methods to relieve stress during the working day and in his spare time. Mastering such techniques will lead to joy and enjoyment of the results of their work and will give strength to withstand stress. And as a result, a healthy teacher means healthy students.
