PECULIARITIES OF EDUCATION OF NATIONAL YOUTH AWARENESS DURING LEISURE

Abstract

The article reveals the main issues of national identity, citizenship of young people through the improvement of the educational process and organization of leisure activities.

The purpose is the study of the cultural heritage of their own people, an appropriate attitude to material and spiritual cultural values of the nation and the awareness of oneself as the subject of his national community, development and education foundations of the national identity of the youth in extracurricular institutions, clubs during leisure time.

Methodology. During our work on the publication, we used methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis, empirical methods (questionnaires, tests, observation). The survey was based on the hypothesis emanating from the fact that the national consciousness of the youth will be formed more effectively in the process of activities of institutions of cultural and leisure type, subject: account age, individually-personal characteristics of young people; identify factors that contribute to the optimization of pedagogical process in formation of national consciousness of young people; the use of different methods and socio-cultural technologies for the revitalization of the young people; the development and implementation of models and pedagogical program on formation of national consciousness of young people; professionals in institutions of cultural and leisure type, are prepared for pedagogical work in forming the national consciousness of the youth.

The questions of development of youth initiatives, to foster respect and care about the older generation, enhancement of economic, scientific, peacekeeping, cultural, sporting and other achievements. Implemented selection of the content of socio-cultural activities, contributing to the formation of national consciousness of youth and specificity of their use in the activities of institutions of cultural and leisure type.

Scientific novelty is to establish scientific approaches to the formation of national identity of youth in terms of activities of institutions of extracurricular type, groups work, which is a pedagogically regulated process of integration of cultural and leisure facilities with the inclusion of young people in various activities with the aim of achieving an independent and conscious moral self-regulation personality, upbringing love to Motherland, patriotism, development of youth initiatives, to foster respect and care about the older generation, enhancement of economic, scientific, peacekeeping, cultural, sporting and other achievements.

Conclusions. The most important task of today is to maintain the national unity of Ukraine, the spiritual healing of society, which is impossible without the education of national self-consciousness. Currently, deep work is needed to activate the inner core of the Ukrainian ethnic group, its ability to produce modern forms of behavior (patriotism, solidarity, collectivism, mutual support) focused on supporting the integrity and identity of Ukrainian society. Based on this, further research requires determining the basic functions of the national self-consciousness of youth and clarifying its role in various state programs.
