This research delves into the profound analysis of self-regulation's role in sports, particularly in kickboxing, unveiling new prospects for enhancing the effectiveness of sports training and achieving high results.
Article’s purpose. The article addresses the necessity of studying and applying self-regulatory methods in kickboxers' training programs to enhance their sports achievements through optimized psychophysical training, emotional state management, and technique execution efficiency. The aim is to investigate the impact of self-regulation on the sports achievements of kickboxers, including an analysis of the role of psychological training and the development of muscle strength and endurance in their training process.
Methodology. The methodology encompasses an analysis of scientific literature, exploration of the work of domestic and international researchers on self-regulation in sports, and the application of practical techniques for developing self-regulatory skills in kickboxers' training processes. This includes working with primary and secondary sources, analyzing the impact of self-regulation on psychophysical training and sports achievements, and integrating self-regulatory methods into athletes' training systems.
Scientific Novelty. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive examination of the impact of self-regulation on the efficiency of the training process and sports performance, with a focus on kickboxing. It extends the traditional boundaries of physical training through the integration of cutting-edge methodologies aimed at developing self-regulatory skills. These methodologies not only contribute to the improvement of athletic performance but also provide a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of interaction between the central nervous system and the muscular system, highlighting the importance of psychological resilience and control over emotional states.
Conclusions. The research underscores that success in kickboxing depends not only on physical preparation but also on effective self-regulation, which includes managing emotional state, stress, motivation, and concentration. It necessitates the integration of self-regulatory methods into the training process, allowing for the optimization of psychophysical preparation and enhancing the overall effectiveness of sports activity. The development of self-regulation is a key aspect of forming a highly qualified athlete capable of achieving high results and opens new directions for further research in the fields of sports psychology and physiology.
