INOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL APPROACHES IN THE CONTEXT OF EDUCATIONAL REFORMS

The modern education system is characterized by constant updates and the introduction of the latest technologies. The dynamism of its transformation requires the teacher, who is the carrier of information, to continuously acquire new knowledge, skills, and improve competence. Professional development of a teacher is a process of transformations in pedagogical activity. Development or fundamental transformations are the result of activities based on a conceptual approach. Such activity is innovative. Innovations in education consist in changing its goals and the results of education, i.e. changing the content. Today, there is a process of active reformation of the national general secondary education, the Concept of the New Ukrainian School is being implemented, which provides for the use of innovative pedagogical approaches, in particular activity.
The main purpose of the article is to analyze innovative pedagogical approaches, relevant methods and technologies in the context of today's educational reforms.
The methodological basis of the article are philosophical, psychological, pedagogical theories and regulations that reveal the conceptual approaches due to the studied issues.
The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the article considers innovative pedagogical approaches, in particular, activity and activity methods of teaching organization; innovative technologies, in particular, innovative technologies of physical education.
Conclusions. The innovative approach in education is directed, first of all, to the formation of innovative thinking, to the transformation of the quality of the educational process itself, to the renewal of the methodology. In the field of physical education, innovation should be aimed at increasing motor activity and developing valeological literacy. Innovativeness makes it possible to overcome the conservatism characteristic of the educational system, provides conditions for the creation of mechanisms for quick, flexible response to transformations in the needs of the state and the individual, social order.
