THE ROLE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN FORMING THE AESTHETIC OUTLOOK OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACQUIRES

The article deals with the importance of physical education in the formation of the aesthetic outlook of students of higher education. It is stressed on the necessity of the formation of internal motivation for the formation of a harmonious, aesthetically developed personality, in which physical education plays an important role.
The purpose of the article is to determine the role of physical culture in the formation of the aesthetic outlook of modern students of higher education.
The research methodology is based on general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, induction. The use of these methods made it possible to comprehensively analyze the raised problem, taking into account the data of various sciences. Concrete scientific methods such as the method of pedagogical observation and questionnaire was used.
The scientific novelty is consist in a comprehensive study of the importance of physical education in the formation of the aesthetic worldview of higher education students, which made it possible to to determine positive and negative trends in the attitude of students to physical culture and ways of increasing their motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle and aesthetic development.
Conclusions. In the course of the research, we found out that the formation of value orientations of a modern student of higher education should become his internal driver for activity. The formation of a harmonious personality with one's own aesthetic worldview should be realized through a specific activity, one of the effective methods of which is physical education, which allows students of higher education to become comprehensively developed personalities and brings them closer to achieving their aesthetic ideals.
However, it is possible to note certain negative trends in the attitude of students of higher education towards physical education, which primarily manifests itself in the lack of proper internal motivation. Solving the problem is possible thanks to the coordinated work of teachers, the formation of a social culture in which a significant place belongs to a healthy lifestyle.
In our opinion, the prospects for further research lie in the development of specific methods and measures aimed at the harmonious physical and aesthetic development of students of higher education.
