NON-FORMAL EDUCATION AS A CURRENT TREND IN MODERN EUROPA EDUCATION

The article presents the main characteristics of the implementation of non- formal education in European countries: Sweden, Czech Republik, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Poland. The author identifies the main trends development of non-formal education abroad and describes the main stages of their manifestation, identifies quantitative advantages and problems in the development of this segment of education.
It has been established that the main organizers of non-formal education in European countries are, public organizations, educational institutions and trade unions.
The purpose of the article is to study, on the basis of theoretical and methodological foundations, the peculiarities of non-formal education development in European countries and to systematize foreign experience of non-formal education abroad.
The mehological basis is based oh classical research methods: the method of analysis, the dialecrical method, explanation and generalization. The scientific novelty of the article lies in thorough study of the peculiarities of the development of non-formal education in European countries.

Conclusions. Non-formal education in European countries is quite dependent on the political, economic and social situation. Analysis of the development of informal education abroad indicates the fact that this direction of education is in constant motion, thanks to the support of the state, activity and initiative of the citizens themselves. It is important that non-formal education in Europe is oriented to the needs of, professional organizations, youth and public organizations.
