Abstract

The article investigates interactive information and pedagogical technology using a distance learning system, which is based on involving students in management activities, which involves mechanisms of democratization and inclusion in the educational process, which promotes development in student and master's groups. The proposed information and pedagogical technology allows to give the training of students and master's students a practice-oriented nature already in the first year of their studies at the university.

The relevance of this problem is due to the transition of the national economy to an innovative path of development and the demand in this regard for specialists who have both a system of professional knowledge and the ability to successfully solve practical and theoretical problems in their workplaces, including using modern information technologies.

The proposed technology allows organizing management practice of students and undergraduates directly in classes at the university. Thus, already at the first stages of study at the university, a practice-oriented approach is implemented, aimed at the formation and development of students and undergraduates of management and digital competencies in demand in the modern economy and society.
