The article reveals the problems and relevance of the formation of an ecological worldview in future forestry workers and other participants in the educational process that form the educational environment of this industry. Certain negative factors of anthropogenic activity in the forestry industry and general problems of the industry are identified.
It is determined that negative anthropogenic phenomena are associated, firstly, with a deficit of knowledge in the field of environmental protection, the absence of eco-culture and ecological thinking, and secondly, with a distorted human consciousness into which the anthropocentric paradigm of thinking has deeply penetrated. Based on this maxim, the need to form an ecological worldview and ecological culture in future forestry workers is proven, which should reflect the ability to combine environmental knowledge and professional activity.
Pedagogical conditions for the formation of an ecological worldview in all participants in the educational process have been determined, which can be special disciplines of the industry saturated with ecological material and content, interdisciplinary connections, foreign internships and advanced training courses, effective practices, the creation of various ecological communities on the basis of educational institutions and the involvement of all participants in the educational process in them.
The purpose of the work is to draw attention to the importance of ecological and educational work as a factor in the formation of an ecological worldview, as well as the ecological culture of all participants in the educational process in the forestry industry.
Methodology: Systematization and study of scientific publications, analysis of scientific and educational literature, Internet sources, disclosure of the main definitions of the problem under study, generalization and conclusions.
Scientific novelty: It consists in identifying contradictions between the educational and professional environment of the forestry industry and the environmental requirements and challenges of today.
Conclusions: Having analyzed the current official sources and modern works of scientists on this topic, it can be stated that intensive anthropogenic human activity in forest ecosystems leads to serious negative consequences that can be minimized with the transition of society to an ecological worldview. Such a transition is especially important for specialists in the system of professions «man – nature» to which forestry workers belong. The main role in the formation of an ecological worldview is assigned to the educational environment as a systematically educated space in which the interaction of subjects of the educational process with the external environment is realized, as a result of which an effective impact on consciousness occurs in the conditions of professional training.
