Abstract

The article highlights the issue of modernizing the professional training of future teachers in the educational field «Professional Education (Transport)» through the integration of modern logistics IT solutions into the educational process. The aim is to develop students’ digital, project-based, and methodological competencies and to enhance the practical orientation of education. The article emphasizes the need to adapt educational programs to the requirements of the digital environment, which is directly linked to the activities of professionals in the field of transport logistics.

The purpose of the study is to justify and conceptually design an innovative model of tripartite cooperation «University – Business – Future Teacher», which ensures the effective development of students' digital, project-based, and methodological competencies. The methodological framework is based on systemic and competence-based approaches, as well as the analysis and critical evaluation of the potential for applying modern logistics IT tools, including Ant-Logistics, OptimoRoute, TransCAD, and virtual simulators.

The article analyzes examples of the implementation of educational case studies approximated to real-world industrial situations, which contribute to strengthening the practical orientation of student training. The scientific novelty lies in the development of the structure, content, and implementation mechanisms of a tripartite interaction model in the context of the digitalization of professional education. The roles and functions of each party involved are defined, the advantages and risks of implementing the model are identified, and prospects for its scaling to other areas of vocational training are outlined. While the proposed model requires further testing, it already demonstrates potential for increasing the effectiveness of the educational process, enhancing students’ digital competence, and aligning teacher training with the current needs of the transport sector.
