The goal of the work. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the process of forming professional value orientations of future teachers of vocational education, as well as to identify effective methods and tools for their application in professional training.
Methodology. The study employs methods of analyzing scientific literature, regulatory documents in the field of education and information and communication technologies, as well as generalizing the experience of implementing ICT in the process of forming professional values in teachers.
Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of this work lies in the generalization and systematization of approaches to the use of information and communication technologies as a means of forming professional value orientations, as well as substantiating their role in preparing competitive professionals capable of effective pedagogical activity.
Conclusions. Information and communication technologies are an important tool in the organization of the modern educational process and play a key role in forming the professional and value orientations of future teachers of vocational training. The use of information and communication technologies allows for the implementation of interactive learning methods, providing a personalized approach to professional training, and stimulating the development of critical thinking, reflection, and self-improvement. The integration of information and communication technologies into the educational process contributes to increasing the efficiency of education, as well as the formation of modern pedagogical competencies necessary for solving professional tasks in the dynamic conditions of social development. Thanks to information and communication technologies, future teachers gain access to various sources of knowledge, electronic educational platforms, professional communities, and global pedagogical experience. Information and communication technologies not only meet modern challenges in the field of education, but also ensure the development of key professional and value orientations necessary for the formation of competitive and highly moral teachers.
