METHODS AND MEANS OF ELECTRONIC LEARNING IN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE VET TEACHERS

The goal of the work. The purpose of this study is to analyze the methods and means of e-learning in the process of professional training of future teachers of vocational and technical education institutions.
Methodology. The study is based on the use of methods of analysis of scientific literature, as well as the generalization of practical experience in the implementation of e-learning in the professional training of future teachers of vocational education institutions.
Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the systematization and generalization of modern methods and means of e-learning in the professional training of future teachers of vocational education.
Conclusions. The article examines key methods and tools of e-learning that contribute to increasing the effectiveness of professional training of future teachers of vocational education institutions. The use of digital technologies in the educational process allows not only to modernize the content of education, but also creates conditions for the formation of digital competence, the development of independence, critical thinking, and communication skills of students. Modern educational platforms, video lectures, interactive courses and testing tools significantly improve the quality of the educational process and adapt it to the needs of students. Integration of e-learning methods into professional education increases its efficiency, flexibility and accessibility, which is an important factor in training competitive specialists in the modern information society. Special attention is required for the systematic improvement of teachers' qualifications in the use of information and communication technologies, as well as the development of methodological recommendations for the implementation of e-learning in the professional training of future teachers of vocational education institutions. Thus, the effective integration of e-learning into the professional training of future teachers of vocational education institutions is a necessary condition for the preparation of competitive, innovatively thinking and pedagogically competent specialists.
