USE OF EQUIPMENTS TO INTENSIFY SPECIAL MOTOR AND TECHNICAL-TACTICAL TRAINING OF SENIOR-GRADERS DURING VOLLEYBALL CLASSES

The purpose of the article is to investigate the features of the use of equipments to intensify special motor and technical-tactical training of senior-graders during volleyball classes.
Methodology. The methods of analysis and synthesis were applied (to process scientific works and formulate the theoretical foundations of the problem under study); comparative (to clarify the views of individual scientists on the problem of using of equipments during volleyball classes); generalization and systematization (to formulate conclusions and recommendations); observation of the educational process in secondary education institutions, surveys and questionnaires of physical education teachers. The provisions of the competency-based, activity-based and personality-oriented methodological approaches were taken into account.
Scientific novelty. The opinions of scientists on the use of equipments to intensify special motor and technical-tactical training of senior-graders during volleyball classes are systematized. Individual equipments were describes, that are appropriate for special motor and technical and tactical training of high school students during volleyball classes in secondary education institutions.
Conclusions. The positive impact of equipments on the special motor and technical-tactical training of high school students during volleyball lessons in secondary education institutions is substantiated. It is proven that the use of equipments allows for a targeted influence on the development of motor qualities of high school students, taking into account the individual level of physical development and physical fitness of each student, improving the quality of technical training, modeling motor actions, significantly reducing the duration of mastering game skills, and also controlling various types of training. Examples of equipments that contribute to the intensification of special motor and technical-tactical training of high school students during volleyball lessons in secondary education institutions are given, such as: a ball on shock absorbers, a suspended ball, a moving block, a target shield, a hypergravity suit, etc.
