FEATURES OF THE USE OF GYMNASTICS EXERCISES IN CERTAIN SPORTS

The article examines the features of the use of gymnastics exercises in certain sports. The specific features of various sports disciplines in terms of the manifestation of motor qualities are revealed.
The analysis of literary sources shows that a high level of physical fitness is the basis for the development of specific motor qualities and the formation of skills and abilities that are a priority in a particular sport. To increase the level of special motor fitness, exercises should be used that, in their structure and nature of muscle work, correspond to the characteristics of a particular sport. Gymnastic equipment is widely used at different stages of training in many sports and has a positive effect on the physical fitness of athletes.
The purpose of the article. To reveal the features of the use of gymnastics exercises in certain sports. Research methods. To achieve the set goal, the following methods were employed: analysis and generalization of data from scientific and methodological literature, as well as materials from the Internet.
The scientific novelty consists of clarifying information about specific features of the manifestation of motor qualities in individual sports. Also, it substantiates the use of basic gymnastics equipment in the training process of athletes.
Conclusions. Each sport requires the development of specific motor qualities. Therefore, it is necessary to use exercises that, in terms of their structure and nature of muscle work, correspond to the specific features of a particular sport. During the training process for general physical fitness, exercises from various sports are incorporated. This allows the development of motor qualities that are usually insufficiently involved in highly specialized classes. Gymnastic exercises are widely used at different stages of the training cycle. The large number and variety of gymnastic exercises allow the development of the necessary motor qualities of athletes, depending on the specifics of the chosen sport. However, this requires the coach to have deep knowledge and skills to correctly select a set of exercises aimed at achieving the set goals.
