Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive scientific and theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of legal culture of future education managers in the context of master's training. The relevance of the problem is substantiated in connection with the transformations of the legal field, the democratization of management, the digitalization of educational processes and the increase in the responsibility of the head of an educational institution as a subject of legal relations. The structure of legal culture is revealed (cognitive, axiological, activity-behavioral, reflective components), its functional significance for the professional activity of an educational manager is determined. The modern challenges of forming legal culture are analyzed and the pedagogical conditions for its development in master's training are outlined. A model of forming legal culture is proposed based on the integration of legal education, practice-oriented training, reflective practices and management simulations. Conclusions are presented and prospects for further research are outlined.

Purpose of the article. The purpose of the article is to study the process of forming the legal culture of future education managers in the conditions of master's training and to determine pedagogical conditions, models and strategies that ensure the effective integration of legal knowledge, values and competencies into professional training.

Research methodology. The research methodology is based on the comprehensive application of a systemic approach, analysis of scientific and theoretical sources, comparative analysis of modern pedagogical practices, observation methods, questionnaires and expert assessments, as well as modeling of pedagogical situations that contribute to the formation of the legal culture of future education managers.

Scientific novelty of the research. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive understanding of the process of forming legal culture in master's training, the development of a model of integration of theoretical knowledge and practical management skills in the legal field, as well as the identification of key pedagogical conditions that ensure the development of legal competence, ethical responsibility and professional self-awareness of future heads of educational institutions.

Сonclusions. The study demonstrates that the formation of the legal culture of future education managers is a multi-level and systemic process that involves the integration of legal knowledge, practical skills, ethical norms and reflective approaches. An effective combination of theoretical, practical and reflective learning contributes to the development of professional competence, the ability to make legal and ethical management decisions, and also forms a socially responsible position in the educational environment for the manager.
