THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATION AND PRACTICAL TRAINING OF FUTURE EDUCATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The authors of the article reveal the purpose of the work – to substantiate the importance of strengthening the practical component in the process of professional training of future teachers of Hryhorii Skovoroda University in Pereiaslav.
The research methodology is based on the main ideas of student-centered and competency-based methodological approaches. The article reveals the peculiarities of the organization of pedagogical practice, in particular its sequence: didactic, organization of pedagogical practice in summer health camps, training and production.
The scientific novelty is that the essence of the concepts «pedagogical practice of future teachers», «professional competence of the future teacher» is specified; theoretically substantiated organizational and methodological conditions, including: improvement of the process of organization of pedagogical practice; implementation of a personality-oriented approach to the formation of professional competence; formation of analytical skills of future teachers in the process of organizing research work; provisions on the importance of the future teacher's possession of practical skills and abilities to carry out high-level analysis and self-analysis of their own activities, as well as professionally important personal qualities, the implementation of which ensures the achievement of positive results in professional activities.
Conclusions. The findings of the study prove the importance of pedagogical practices, provided they are directly related to the theory, which is one of the main ways to improve the training of future teachers; It is important that the future teacher is theoretically and practically able to analyze their professional capabilities and on this basis be able to form a program of their own further professional growth in the modernization of national education.
